How long does it take to heat up?
The SteamPro Mini reaches working temperature in as little as 5 seconds thanks to its 1200W heating element — among the fastest in its class.
Can I use it vertically on hanging clothes?
Yes. The steam head rotates 90° so you can steam garments directly on a hanger or clothing rack without a flat surface — ideal for blazers, dresses, and suits.
Can it be used as a dry iron too?
Absolutely. The "Dry Hot" mode on the display disables steam output and uses the ceramic soleplate as a traditional dry iron — two tools in one device.
What countries can I use this in?
The SteamPro Mini is designed for 110V power and is compatible with outlets in the United States and Canada only. A voltage converter is required for international use.
How much water does the tank hold?
The tank holds 80ml of water. At 25ml per minute of steam output, that gives you approximately 3 minutes of continuous steaming per fill — enough for 2–3 garments.
What type of water should I use?
Distilled or filtered water is recommended to prevent mineral buildup inside the heating element. Tap water can be used occasionally, but may shorten the appliance's lifespan.
Will it leak or drip onto my clothes?
The SteamPro Mini features a leak-proof seal design. As long as the tank is filled to the indicated max line and the unit is fully heated before steaming, dripping is prevented.
Is the soleplate safe for delicate fabrics like silk?
Yes. Select the Silk or Chiffon preset and the device automatically limits temperature to a safe low range. The smooth ceramic coating also reduces friction and snagging.
What is included in the box?
The package includes the SteamPro Mini steamer, a 5.2ft power cord, a clear measuring cup for filling the tank, and a removable protective base cap.
How do I know when the water tank is running low?
The LED display shows a "Lack of Water" indicator when the tank is nearly empty. The device will pause steam output automatically to prevent dry-heating damage.
